Wow.
Today's choir was comical.
Painful, too.
'Cause I started talking during chord-ing and Sebastian whacked me.
And we (Sebastian and I) were talking about Japanese anime and Indu's name was written on the whiteboard.
So, I came up with a new anime called "Induyasha".
Surprisingly enough, he gave me the "permission" to smack anyone (anyone except Sec 3s of course, I not THAT disrespectful) who was talking.
And I did.
Which made them angry.
After that, we finished a Japanese song (in about 3/2 hours o.0) and continued to an Indonesian song (according to Firdaus).
And the best (maybe not) part was that BJ (Biao Jin) got the chance to be the section leader and lead us in singing!!
For about 15 minutes though.
And then we were back to the very "kind and non-violent" Sebastian.
(Sense my sarcasm.)
Now, let me demonstrate how "easy" the song was.
Imagine singing this :
Sik sik si ba tu ma nik kam ni par jo get sor ma di got tam di na mang i ngan i sin bam bang ka ra ju la ju la si bam bangka ra ju laIn 8 seconds.
Then repeating it, increasing the time taken to 7 seconds.
Then repeating it, increasing the time taken to 6 seconds.
Also, we have to take the pitch and timing into consideration.
And we only took ONE 5 minutes break after continuous standing for 5/2 hours.
Now you see how tough it is.
(If you don't, then go join choir, I would
GLADLY welcome you in.)
Finally, at 6.25pm, I got whacked by Sebastian several times for asking innocent questions and volunteering him to perform solo on ArtsFestival.
Now, I shall end off with this ancient Chinese saying :
If your bathroom light is not working, bathe in the dark.
That's what I did.
